As conscious parenting moms we want simple, safe, and the most environmentally friendly products for our children. After meeting several like minded moms we realized that there was a need to have these products readily available in our community. We also have a passion for teaching our community about healthier alternatives to the mainstream norms, such as, flashy plastic toys made in China and disposables diapers that are full of chemicals and filling our land fills.
The Internet is saturated with natural-toy and cloth-diapering websites. One down side to these Internet sites is not being able to see, touch, and try-on any of the products you are thinking of investing in. If you are in our area you have the opportunity to have Baby Moon Flower come to your home for a small consultation fee and bring all the products to you. While there we encourage you to ask us anything about our products, including asking us about our experiences using these products. As moms that have exclusively used cloth diapers on our children we can speak to the benefits of that as well. Baby Moon Flower allows you the luxury of seeing before buying. We also do baby shower and baby blessing parties. At these parties we bring our products for everyone to see with the option to purchasing.
Our mission is to teach you everything you need to know about diapering including making your own wipe solution and laundering techniques. You will be well on your way to becoming a cloth diapering expert after meeting with us. Our goal is for this to be a fun and easy experience for both you and your baby, ultimately making cloth diapering less intimidating.
Mallie is a Registered Dietitian/Nutrition Coach and Lactation Counselor in addition to co-owning Baby Moon Flower. She will be able to help you with any questions or concerns regarding these areas. If you want a detailed nutrition or lactation home consultation you can have it along with a cloth diapering consultation and get all three at once. Chelsea is a childhood educator and has worked with many different aged children going through different stages of development. Feel free to ask her anything that may be concerning you in this area.
